Along the main road between the villages Bronzolo and Ora on the left side of the street there is the kiosk named Soini. Here you can find many products like local wine, fresh apples, homemade apple- and grape juice and elder syrup. We sell also speck, honey, cheese, dried fruits from the region. On request we prepare in our Bar Soini also breakfast or a snack.

Tha Batzenhäusl lives more than 600 years of history. Once loved by artists and painters it has now become a meeting point for young people. The own beer craft produces tasty South Tyrolean Beers.

The wine farm is both the starting point for many a mountain hike into the Mendel Mountains and a popular destination for hikes and bike tours between Kaltern, Tramin and Kurtatsch.

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

"moidls lokäischn" is a café, restaurant, bakery and shop in one. People meet here for coffee, to eat a snack or to stock up on local specialities. We are a village store, bakery, souvenir shop and are delighted when we become a meeting place for locals and guests.

In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. The kitchen is open from 12.00 to 14.00 and in the evening from 17.30 to 23.00.

The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.

In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.
