In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.

At the Brugger-Alm there is an place where you can enjoy the alpine cheese, which is made in summer from the milk of about 70 cows, and hearty South Tyrolean food. Our restaurant - Pizzeria Sabina is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Compaccio and in the middle of nature. In our small restaurant we attach great importance to fresh, healthy and traditional cuisine. There is also a pizzeria in the Sabina restaurant. All our pizzas are prepared in the stone oven in front of the guest. You can experience an unforgettable day on our sun terrace in the middle of nature with a unique view of the Sciliar. The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

In autumn you can also "Törggelen"

The idyllic Schönrastalm in Aldein/Aldino stands for: really delicious alpine breakfast, juices, egg dishes and top South Tyrolean cuisine.

Our cuisine is known for hearty Tyrolean cuisine. Local wines and juices round out the lunch break at our terrace or in the large dining or in the parlor from. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

Enjoy farm produce like real bacon from Almschwein, salami, smoked sausage, dried meat (beef), alpine cheese, eggs, milk, bread, jams, juices and much more.

The residence is a playful Early Renaissance building from the second half of the 16th Century. For several generations, the beautiful, romantic building has been private property and was changed into a bar and Törggele cellar. The residence consists of some oriel towers, a free-standing staircase with loggia, simple wooden ceilings and decorative frescoes. The entire residence reflects pride and beauty. Many years ago, it was protected from the road by a battlement wall.
