Wir bewirten Sie gerne auf unserer großen Panoramaterasse sowie im Garten mit Liegewiese. Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen. Zu Mittag gibt es Grillfeiern sowie Fondue auf Vorbestellung.

Traditional cuisine with a touch of internationality defines our restaurant Zum Weißen Rössl. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you: croissants, a selection of various breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli... At lunch and dinner our head chef surprises you with fresh traditional dishes from Sarntal.

In our hotel it is our boss Ewald the one that prepares meals, combining the traditional food connected with the legends of the Salto Plateau with creations of his own. Our pizzas are baked on lavic stone, according to tradition, using beech wood biologically obtained, in order to create a unique taste. Try one and feel the difference… enjoy your meal!

Our Chef will delight and surprise you with local as well as international specialty-dishes. You will love our home-made bread and our pizzas! Enjoy an a la carte menu of our traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the comfortable and elegant rooms. In addition we will be happy to recommend a wine from our well-stocked cellar with wines from the region. The shady garden invites you to take a coffee break or take a cold beer or a glass of wine. In our guest rooms we serve all year round (except on Wednesdays) typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as Italian and international dishes.

For our guests we have a big dining room as well as several other smaller rooms and an original Tyrolean “Stube“ where to enjoy traditional South Tyrolean dishes and refined venison dishes. A rich assortment of wines completes our menu and refines each plate. Our inn also disposes of a sunny terrace where you have the possibility to taste delicious homemade desserts and typical "breadbord-snacks". Enjoy the South Tyrolean golden autumn: when the leafs turn multicoloured it's time for "Törggelen", roasted chestnuts and the "new wine". We're looking forward to meet you!

The court Obermair Ehrenburg in Kiens, The first written mention of Obermair goes back to 1318 and is thus one of the oldest farms in the area. Initially belonged to the court of the Count Goertz, then the estate was frequently sold, inherited and sold again. Since 1860, guests at the inn run Obermair and already in 1900 the Obermairhof of Falkensteiner family has farmed. As you can see our kitchen pot is filled to the brim ... combined, refined dishes with an occasional touch of the exotic. Just the "magic of the diversity of South Tyrol".
