San Candido is offering a unique Underground Christmas Market located in the Dolomythos Museum. During this time the Museum offers free entrances, which allows every visitor to enjoy and experience a complete new world of attractions. Visitors are engaging in the history of our world heritage area named ‘Dolomites’ while also experiencing the coziness and warmth only found in the mountains. Your journey will experience a complete and worth seeing harmony cooperated with the countless huts offering Christmas gifts, luxuries, local handicraft and culinary.

Dolomythos-Museum at Innichen presents: Women scientists Many women, hardly mentioned in earlier times, made important contributions. We honour these often forgotten personalities, as well as the reserches of ordinary people from the valleys.

Film Screening: TIAN Generation Farmfluencer On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the film TIAN – Generation Farmfluencer will be shown at the Haus der Berge. The screening starts at 7:30 p.m. and will be moderated by Thomas Schäfer. An evening offering insights into new approaches to agriculture and the lives of a young generation connecting tradition with modernity.

La musica popolare entusiasma – radicata nella tradizione ma reinterpretata in chiave moderna, vive da alcuni anni una rinascita creativa. Il Centro culturale Euregio di Dobbiaco segue questo trend e invita per la terza volta, il 15 novembre, a "Herbischt.klong" – una serata che reinterpreta la tradizione musicale e la porta sul palco con nuova energia. Con Postwirtmusi e Wüdara Musi sono stati coinvolti due dei gruppi di musica popolare più interessanti e richiesti dell’area alpina. Insieme daranno vita a un concerto vario e coinvolgente, che entusiasma per la sua gioia nel suonare, virtuosismo e autenticità. Workshop di musica da ballo – Suonare insieme Già nel pomeriggio, dalle ore 14:00 alle 17:00, i due gruppi offriranno un workshop dedicato alla musica da ballo tradizionale (Tanzlmusig). Tutti gli interessati – indipendentemente dal loro livello musicale – potranno suonare insieme sotto la guida di esperti. Sono benvenuti sia gruppi già formati che partecipanti singoli; questi ultimi saranno inseriti in ensemble appropriati direttamente sul posto. Preventing Fires – Safety Begins at Home Many fires could be avoided or at least quickly contained through simple precautionary measures, thereby reducing serious damage. But what can each of us do to make our homes safer? Simon Rader, fire safety expert, offers valuable advice on how small actions and greater awareness in everyday life can significantly reduce the risk of fire – from the proper use of electrical appliances to the most effective preventive measures in case of emergency.

CD Presentation: „Vielleicht“ On Friday, 21 November 2025, the new CD „Vielleicht“ by Marc and Damian will be presented. The event starts at 8:00 p.m. at the Grand Hotel Toblach / Toblach Cultural Center. Special Guests include Daniel Stoll and Harry Amhof. An evening full of music and highlights – a must for all fans!

The new CD contains instrumental songs written by the duo themselves, inspired by different thoughts, life situations and feelings. Marc and Damian do not want to set themselves any musical boundaries and happily experiment with several musical styles. While the accordion often takes the melody, the interplay between the two is not clearly divided into melody and accompaniment. They try to create a sense of togetherness rather than a hierarchy.

Shoes are what we stand on and what carry us through life. They are functional footwear, artifacts, or icons of beauty and status. Shoes tell stories, travel difficult paths, open new ways, and lead a life of their own.

Saturday, 22 November 2025 | 10:00 a.m. | Toblach Cultural Center As part of the Toblach Education Week, the Dobbiaco Farmstead Book will be presented at the Toblach Cultural Center – a work that impressively documents the history and development of the farmsteads in Dobbiaco. Elmar Rainer, representative of the South Tyrolean Farmers’ Association and the Heritage Preservation Association, will provide insights into the creation of the book and explain the importance of rural culture and its preservation for future generations. An event for everyone interested in local history, traditions, and rural life.
