Our apartments in a typical and modern style are completely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. In our wellness area you can review the impressions of the day. Discover our wellness area with a Finnish Sauna, Turkish steam bath and a Laconium, a jacuzzi, an indoor swimming-pool connected with an outdoor pool, a steam bath and a solarium. And the best thing about this is, that all this offers are inclusive. We have also a bar with a sunny terrace, a playing area for kids (sand box, swing), barbecue area, parking and garage, and a locked storeroom for bikes.

About the region

Vinschgau/Val Venosta is a land of contrasts. The bell tower jutting out of the Reschensee lake is only the tip of the iceberg. Visitors can choose to sail, cycle or walk along paths that cut through orchards and cultivated fields, always accompanied by the famous Vinschgau winds. The people of this valley have embraced the slow pace of agriculture with their eyes raised to the Ortler mountain, the highest peak in South Tyrol. The purest marble is quarried in Laas/Lasa, while in Glurns/Glorenza, you can walks between medieval walls. Even the historical irrigation ditches tell stories of the land and local ingenuity. Vinschgau does not have to put on a show to leave a lasting impression.

The Residence Landhas Fux offers 2 holiday flats for guests with disabilities. The manoeuvring space next to the bed is 65 cm (however, the furniture can be adjusted). The bathroom is easily accessible (if you remove the wooden shelf under the sink). The breakfast room can be reached by lift (145 x 110 cm). The sun terrace, indoor pool, solarium and sunbathing lawn are easily accessible. The sauna, however, is not accessible. It is recommended to park along the access road (the underground car park has a steep ramp).
