The residence "LA TERRAZZA" has - as its name already reveals - a beautiful terrace, partially shaded, with a wonderful panorama of mountains and the Dolomites. The small garden with vineyards and aromatic herbs invites you to relax ... or to have an aperitif, have breakfast or enjoy other typical meals? The house itself is located in a strategically privileged position: within walking distance you will reach the historical centre of Caldaro with its typical restaurants and bars. Or a few minutes by car to Lake Caldaro, the warmest lake in the Alps? The Mendola Pass (1,490 m) can be reached by car in 15 minutes - or by cable car (the steepest cable car in the world). How about visiting one or more wine cellars in Caldaro? Taste the white wine, fresh and tasty! For all sportsmen and women or even less: the routes for cycling or hiking tours, walks through vineyards or woods, pass or leave at the residence LA TERRAZZA.

The Roen apartment on the third floor and the Penegal apartment are our smaller apartments. Nevertheless, the Roen apartment is our most frequently booked apartment throughout the season. The Roen apartment consists of a single long room with a small step between the conservatory (kitchen-diner) and the sleeping area. The large window front facing the garden gives the whole apartment a feeling of space and light. The bathroom is small but functional.

App. Penegal

The small Penegal apartment on the 3rd floor never ceases to surprise: a one-room apartment with a bed-kitchenette-dining area, bathroom and balcony... everything you need. Many repeat guests appreciate this well-planned and comfortable accommodation, as everything is within easy reach. The balcony faces north-west, so the flat stays pleasantly cool even in midsummer. Surprisingly spacious for its size: the bathroom.
