About the region

In Brixen/Bressanone and environs, history and modern life walk side by side. The Hofburg palace reveals the power of the prince-bishops, while the alleys of the old town wind between palaces and cafés. In the surrounding area, discover Klausen/Chiusa, loved by Dürer, and the waterfalls of the Gilfenklamm gorge. Malga Fane is an Alpine village that seems to be frozen in time.
