The Berggasthof Badl is situated at an altitude of 1700 meters a.s.l. in a beautiful place surrounded by the pristine nature of the park Rieserferner. All the rooms are equipped with natural wood and are plain yet very comfortable. In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

Our chef realizes specialties of the traditional, mediterranean and international kitchen, always with vegetables, grasses, meats and first class products from the BIO South Tyrolean agriculture.

South Tyrol is the meeting place of two cultures. It is a place where the Alpine and Mediterranean influences touch. These two different cuisines have their own unique and special characteristics. Reservation requested! On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. Likewise, when buying products, we buy from local suppliers. Following these principles is important to us. On request!

At the Jochele Hotel & Restaurant, hotel guests and locals, fans of speck platters and gourmets all feast together side by side and completely at ease. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes. The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. Every day at the Aprés-Ski Tenne at Plan de Corones, with its warm wooden decor, friendly staff and cordial atmosphere, our DJ Reinhold sets the right mood with good music and fun for our guests. A mug of good, sweet, hot tea or mulled wine is the best way of topping off a lovely evening after an eventful day of skiing. A brandy or a Williams-pear grappa can liven up the evening too. But at the longest bar counter in South Tyrol you can order lots more: beer, wine, fruit juices and whatever else you can wish for. Come and spend some carefree time in the company of nice people.
