Bread is our passion, and has been since 1938. What began as a small bakery in Trens is now a modern manufactory for the finest baked goods and sweets in the Wipptal and surrounding area. From tradition to innovation, our products are baked fresh every day. In our bakery we rely on natural, high-quality ingredients from regional producers, and you can taste this when you taste our products.

Despar Nals - your grocery store in the center of Nals. Continuous opening hours, an excellent fresh food section, a spacious delicatessen department and a wide range of products ensure local supplies for the whole Nals and the surrounding area.

In the center is the store Natura, a small but nice pastry and grocery store. Here you will find a selection of strudels, pastries, bread and groceries. All products are made with the highest quality standards and freshly prepared. For special occasions or requests you can also order a cake at Natura, made according to your wishes.                               

The Weltladen Schlern is located near the centre of Castelrotto and is run by volunteers from the surrounding area. It is the youngest among the 16 Fair Trade Shops in South Tyrol and opened its doors in November 2019. 

The concept of the shop is to support disadvantaged producers in the Global South through fair working conditions, wages and social projects instead of exploiting them in the current economic system. Imported food, cosmetics and handicrafts that can be bought in the shop are all Fair Trade certified. Selected South Tyrolean products offered in the shop promote small regional cycles and strengthen small-scale farmers.

In the fruit manufactory in the hearts of te Dolomites are emerged products of a great quality, produced by the best fruits and selected ingredients. Advantageous climatic conditions for the cultivation of the fruits, a long experience by the range of the fruits and the processing. The hight fruit content of over 70% and the love to the detail makes our product to the real enjoyment for gourmet.

Traditional Butcher's Shop since 1901 - manufactured bacon, ham and sausage production

When tradition is passed on through the generations, high values will be preserved through time. Great Grandfather Franz Windegger founded the company in 1901 and attached even then the imoprtance to highest quality and the best meat from South TYrol. We use for our sausages, ham and Bacon and ready to cook-products almost only regional products of the South Tyrolean nature. We also work only with trained personal and count on the best taste.

In our store, you'll find a wide selection of various food items. Particularly notable are our fresh meat products, delicious poultry, traditional speck, flavorful Kaminwurzen, and many more specialties. We place great emphasis on quality and freshness, offering you the best products from the region and beyond every day. Enjoy the finest offerings of regional cuisine!

The friendly kiosk Otto is located directly on the cycle path in Neumarkt and offers everything related to the South Tyrolean apple and plenty of regional specialties. For over 10 years, they have been dedicated to marketing and refining their agricultural products. Regionality and sustainability are important to them, which is why they exclusively market their own and South Tyrolean specialties (0 km).

Surrounded by the green meadows of our farm, we invite you to discover our little shop where you will find home-made delicacies such as jams, fragrant aromatic salts and selected blends for your herbal teas. An authentic and delicious experience for your senses.

Intensely flavoured aromatic cheeses from the Laces-Martello holiday area The high mountain environment of the Venosta Valley has always been associated with pastures and dairies. Since medieval times, butter and cheese have been produced in the pastures. Even today, dairy products such as natural butter, yogurt, cottage cheese and cream are still made there, particularly alpine cheese and local specialities such as "Graukas". You get delicious, home-made alpine pasture cheese at the Oberkaserhof at San Martino in the mountain.

The beverage trade "Getränke Gross" is a family-run business in Kastelruth, Telfen. We offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, soft drinks, water, spirits and much more.

The bakery, pastry shop and café Psenner is situated on the village square of Terlan and is opened every day (except on Sunday).

Val Martello, also called "berry valley", is famous for its berries. Here you can get delicious strawberry- and berry products directly from the producer's cooperative, farm shop included. In the strawberry world in Val Martello you will find strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants, cherries... enjoy the large selection of Val Martello's products!

In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

We are a small farm dairy and we produce various cheeses from raw milk and yogurt with different flavors. We only work with the milk of our own cows, which are feeded only with hay. Until our cheeses go on sale, they are turned and brushed every two days. We offer home delivery and sell our products in selected shops and also at our selling point "Kashittl" (Moarhans) in Caprile (see opening hours).

Our specialties include Tyrolean Speck, "Kaminwurzen" and other homemade sausages. Besides our quality foods we provide a high level of personal service and advice.
