The Karerhof farm in Welschnofen produces organic meat: the animals are kept in appropriate conditions on the farm before slaughter. It is important for the Pardeller family that the animals that will later be processed into meat should have as fulfilling a life as possible: they strongly believe that offering organic products also means strictly following the lifestyle itself.

1,700 chickens live on the Badstuberhof farm in Deutschnofen /Nova Ponente - together with Luis and Astrid, who make sure that the animals want for nothing. While they spend the nights well protected in the henhouse, during the day they run around freely on the farm and the surrounding meadows. This produces nutritious eggs from happy chickens.

We offer selected, traditional meat and smoked specialities produced in our butchery with natural spices. Furthermore you can find a variety of local specialities, gift and souvenirs.

For us bakers it is vital to ensure that traditional recipes and bread varieties are preserved and handed down. We make typical South Tyrolean bread and sweet baked goods, using ancient recipes with a modern twist, as well as creating our own new products. All these items are made fresh every day, using natural sourdough and local ingredients, and with a guarantee of a hundred percent quality.

Mair Egon offers a wide range of groceries. Next to bread, meat and cheese they also provide tobaccos, stamps and journals.

Proveiser Bergladele is a traditional grocery store in the village center of Proveis. In addition to everyday food, you will get delicious South Tyrolean or Nonsberg specialties, exquisite home-made products and all sorts of handmade souvenirs.

The bakery in Kastelruth is a family firm that has existed for several years. In the bakery, South Tyrolean specialties such as wheat and rye breads, baked goods such as cakes, pastries, cookies and cookies are produced daily. All baked goods are made from fresh, high quality ingredients and prepared with great attention to detail.                                                                                           

We bake on a daily basis 80 different types of bread, wich are produced manually and with ultra-modern tecnology and high quality resources, mainly from local origins.

Intensely flavoured aromatic cheeses from the Laces-Martello holiday area The high mountain environment of the Venosta Valley has always been associated with mountain pastures and dairies. Since medieval times, butter and cheese have been produced in the mountain pastures. Even today, dairy products such as natural butter, yoghurt, cottage cheese and cream are still made there, particulary alpine cheese and local specialities such as "Graukas". At the Gandhof typical cheese types were produced.

The EUM cooperative operates 3 grocery stores in the Hinterpasseier/Alta Val Passiria municipality.

The shops provide the local population with basic necessities. Furthermore, they are an important social gathering point, a center of social life in Hinterpasseier.

On 1200 meters the milk of goats and cows is being produced to a brilliant haymilkcheese. This can be bought in the farmshop the whole year.

The Vinschgau Valley Farm Shop sells around 800 top-quality products from Vinschgau Valley farmers: tasty speck and cheese, farmhouse bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit spreads and honeys, herbs, teas and spices, naturally cloudy juices and syrups, fine wines and brandies, natural cosmetics and much more.

Bakery Ploner is not only a bakery but also a patisserie and grocery with wines & grappas.

“Pröfing” is derived from “grafting” and, in the vernacular, means something like plant refinement. Just as the fruit trees were once refined and furred, today farmer Annemarie lovingly refines the fruits of our farm. In 2014 we decided to farm the Pröfinghof organically. Of course, this also includes biodiversity and so it came about that more and more fruits and vegetables, berries and herbs were planted around our farm. Since 2015 we have also been offering all of these processed treats in the small farm shop!

In our family farm shops we sell: vegetables and fruits of the saison, fruit spread, juices, cyser (apple mead), dried fruit, eggs, and honey from our bees.

At the historic Ansitz Mairhof we use our own sun-ripened fruit to make delicious, natural, home grown produce. Apple juice, a variety of jams, fruit and leaf syrups, homemade chutneys and more are available to taste and buy from the historic listed farm belonging to the Bernhart family. The natural ingredients of beneficial tea blends flourish in the herb garden. And local grape varieties are grown in the family estate’s vineyards, which are transformed with loving care and attention into exquisite Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Lagrein rosé, Vernatsch, Pinot Noir e Zweigelt wines. Sophisticated wines to delight the heart and taste buds, which on request you are welcome to try out in the historic cellar.

Real taste is always in season with us in Val Martello Valley. Only shape and colour change with the seasons: In summer, sweet strawberries from the Val Martello seduce. The strawberries are produced and harvestes in Val Martello with a lot of love and care. The Val Martello is regarded as the highest closed strawberry growing area in Europe - the large temperature differences between day and night make the Val Martello strawberries to something very special.

The farm shop is open from May to November from Tuesday to Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am and on Thursday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm , or by prior telephone appointment.
