Thomas Fink is a butcher with family tradition, own production, individual consulting and sales since 1947. Our reputation is based on the sale of high-quality organic meat. We offer you a wide selection of local specialties of the South Tyrolean tradition and exquisite sausage products, especially our Kaminwurzen and Weißwürste.
In our offer: Speck, sausage without additives, South Tyrolean specialties, organic meat, local quality meat, South Tyrolean mountain cheese, gastronomic products.
The farm „Wegerhof“ is located 1,300 m above sea level in the small and sunny village of Stuls/Stulles in the Passeiertal valley. We manufacture our products with love and enthusiasm.
Since 2004, we use our silage-free pasture milk to produce our cheese according to the traditional procedure of cheese making. The cheese then matures in our cellar, until it gets its unique taste.
Our products: mountain cheese, medium-fat cheese, pepper cheese, garlic cheese, hay cheese, goat’s cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, butter, eggs, seasoned salt and various juices.
You can buy our products in our farm shop during the opening hours or by arrangement.
In addition to our farm shop, you may find our dairy products on the farmer’s market in Merano/Meran (Saturdays, all year round), on the market in Caldaro/Kaltern (Tuesdays, from April to November), in the C&C shop in S. Leonardo/St. Leonhard, in the Gol Market shop in Tirolo/Dorf Tirol and in the shop “Vingscher Bauernladen” in Naturno/Naturns.

The Niedereben organic farm is located on the "Nörderberg" at an altitude of 634 meters above Rabland/Rablà.
Climatically favored apples, olives, wine and cacti thrive here. The Hofer family supplies fruit and vegetables for the organic box „Biokistl” and runs various home-made organic products typical of South Tyrol in their own farm shop.
Sale of own products: fruits and vegetables depending on the season, Speck and tipical South Tyrol sausages; in autumn: pumpkins, chestnuts, apple juice, Vernatsch and Riesling wine.

In the farmer's shop you will find good, healthy and homemade products from Villnöss Valley. Various products are on sale in the village centre of St. Peter (Viel Nois Guest House). Open all day from Tuesday to Sunday; the shop is closed on Monday.
Our beekeeping is focused on a natural and bee-friendly approach, minimizing interventions in the hives. By selecting locations from Vinschgau to Riva del Garda, our bees can access a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources, which is reflected in the purity and quality of our honey. In the center is the store Natura, a small but nice pastry and grocery store. Here you will find a selection of strudels, pastries, bread and groceries. All products are made with the highest quality standards and freshly prepared. For special occasions or requests you can also order a cake at Natura, made according to your wishes.
The Center Market in the centre of Marling / Marlengo is open from monday - friday, from 7.30 a.m. - 12 a.m. and from 3 p.m. - 6,30 p.m., saturday from 8,30 - 12 a.m.

The Guggenbräu beer firm is located in Avigna/Afing at an altitude of 960 m and was first mentioned in 1379. It has been family-owned for 198 years. The main activity was dairy farming, products such as butter and eggs were sold on the market in Bolzano and milk was delivered to the dairy. Unfortunately, this activity was no longer profitable and so they looked for alternatives. The idea of brewing beer arose from the wild hop plants that have always been climbing up a wall above the courtyard. Grain was grown in the fields around the farm before, so it was nothing new for Hans. So again, barley and wheat were cultivated for the farm's own beer production. In 2019, 7 different aroma hops were grown, which can bring a wide variety of exciting aromas to beer. As we had all the raw materials we needed for a purely agricultural beer, we started selling in autumn 2020.
The company Wimex was founded in 2000 as an individual enterprise by Elmar Zöschg.
