AUFSCHREI oder Das Zwei-Personen-Stück - theatre on the Lahner Alm (DE)

The KultTour association presents the play "Aufschrei oder Das Zwei-Personen-Stück" (in german languague).
An emotionally charged play about two actors, in which reality and madness increasingly blur into one another – penned by Tennessee Williams.

A brief summary:
Felice and Clare, siblings and passionate theatre people, are facing ruin: broke, exhausted and suddenly completely alone. Their theatre troupe has abandoned them, the stage is half-finished, and the journey home is unaffordable. All they have left is their “Two-Person Play” – a last refuge in a world that is slipping away from them. So they carry on performing. Not out of conviction, but out of necessity, out of fear, out of habit, and out of the desperate hope that the play will carry them through. Yet the deeper they immerse themselves in their play, the more the boundaries between role and reality blur. Memories resurface, old wounds reopen.
The theatre becomes a mirror of their inner struggles – and a labyrinth from which there is no easy escape.
