Half-day or full-day horseback rides at Bacherhof in the Pfitsch Valley

Pfitsch/Val di Vizze, Sterzing/Vipiteno and environs

This year, Bacherhof is once again offering guided half-day horse rides in the Pfitschtal valley and surrounding area.

Experience our beautiful natural landscape on horseback.
This year, Bacherhof is once again offering guided half-day horse rides in the Pfitschtal valley and surrounding area.
Dates: June to November.
The half-day ride lasts about 3 hours.

Full-day rides to the alpine huts and alpine terrain of the Pfitschtal valley are also offered.
Dates: July, August and September
These last about 6 hours with a stop for refreshments or a packed lunch.

All rides are only suitable for expirienced riders (not for children).

There are no rides on Sundays!
There is no galloping on the rides, as the focus is on enjoying nature and relaxing.

Registration for the rides must be done one day in advance.

    Everything you need to know

    Bacherhof-Afens-Pfitschtal um 9.00 Uhr
    In Sterzing/Vipiteno, take Via Brennero, then at the roundabout take the southbound exit and after 50 metres turn left towards Prati/Val di Vizze. After 9 kilometres you will find the Bacherhof on the left-hand side of the road.

    Riding experience, good physical condition, appropriate footwear with good grip, and a riding or cycling helmet are required (helmets can also be rented on site if needed).

    Maximum rider weight: 90 kg.

    Good stamina is an advantage.

    Please wear comfortable long trousers and bring weather-appropriate clothing, as well as sun and/or rain protection.
