How willing are we, really, to step outside our comfort zone? What holds us back from becoming the most authentic version of ourselves? And what if personal growth were not just enthusiasm, but also effort, uncertainty, and perseverance? Self-esteem and soft skills are essential tools today for facing change and building one's personal and professional path. Through a concrete reflection on the value of personal growth, this talk invites us to recognize that every evolution requires courage: effort is not an obstacle, but the other side of the coin of enthusiasm.
