Description

The Martinelli family and their staff welcome you to their Residence. The eleven holiday flats in the heart of South Tyrol are modern and newly furnished and thanks to the central location an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Breakfast can be booked at an extra charge per person (breakfast is not served on Sundays and from October until the beginning of May). A private parking space and a garage for motorcycles are available free of charge and Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The hotel's own e-charging station offers the possibility to recharge electric vehicles for a fee. Upon arrival, all guests receive the guest card, the Bozen Card, free of charge, which offers a range of benefits.

About the region

In Bolzano/Bozen and environs, different worlds collide. The historical centre welcomes you with winding alleys, open squares and cafés, where you can enjoy a break with a view of the Dolomites. The Italian and German ways of life have coexisted here for centuries: you can see them in the architecture, you can hear them in the language, and you can taste them in the dishes. From the bottom of the valley, you can ascend by cable car to remarkable places such as the earth pyramids of Ritten/Renon. In the villages of the Sarntal/Val Sarentino, traditions are still alive, while along the Wine Route, the landscape becomes more Mediterranean. Castles, lakes, museums: there is plenty to discover in Bolzano.
