You will find an familiar atmosphere, an excellent Tirolian cooking, rooms with bathrooms or showers, tv and balkonies.

In the summer directly from our house you can enjoy a vast range of tours into the sheer alpine bliss. In the winter you find two famouse ski resorts - Klausberg and Speikboden - 15 minutes drive away, a paradise for ski touring, snowshoeing, cross-country-skiing and ice-skating.

About the region

Ahrntal/Valle Aurina is a secluded world, surrounded by peaks towering over three thousand metres. Many of these mountains can only be conquered by experienced climbers, but the valley welcomes everyone into its calm way of life. The landscape is perfectly preserved, and so are the traditions. The Alpine cheese offers a taste of the pastures, while the bobbin lace, crafted with patience, has travelled as far as America. Local people love to talk about their land. Life here may be simple, but they are proud of their home.
