The sofa (with bed function) is separated from the working area in the living room with a small library. In the cold season, in addition to the underfloor heating, the stove is fired up on request, which not only warms the rooms in winter, but also many a cold foot. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double bed, chest and seating. We offer a large bathroom with shower, bathtub with integrated "whirl function" and washing machine. Another small bathroom is equipped with shower. Towels and carpet are included. Detergent can be used free of charge. Furthermore, ironing board, iron, hoover, bucket and floor mop are available. The flat is surrounded by a balcony, which offers you a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding South Tyrolean mountains and villages.
