Description

Welcome to St. Nicholas, a district of Kaltern. Our farm is located in a quiet location among orchards and vineyards. A magnificent view of Kaltern, Lake Caldaro and the Dolomites, embellish the holidays. The apartment is 70 square meters in size, is located on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen, from which you get to the terrace and lawn. Because we only rent an apartment, the lawn is at your sole disposal. From here you can take many beautiful walks. We also offer a barbecue grill, WiFi, table tennis, swings and a sand playground for our younger guests.

About the region

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons. Wine has deep roots here, but it is not the only local product: lemons and figs grow alongside a few hardy olive trees that can withstand the mountain climate. The cellars embody the character and dedication of the people who work the land. Some are more classic, offering a real glimpse into history, while others have embraced clean lines and modern materials. However, they all share the same core values: a laid-back welcome and a taste of something authentic.
