Description

The Chalet Vanzi is located in the little idyllic village Picolin. Our house is a new “Clima House”. Our comfortable apartments, each with its own entry, furnished in wood dispose of dishwasher, kitchenware, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, safe, balcony, satellit TV, internet, hair dryer. We have a parkingarea, skiroom, bikedeposit and outdoor finish sauna. Thanks to the central position in the valley, Chalet Vanzi is the ideal starting poit for trips and escurtions in the Dolomites. Our Chalet is situated in a very calm and sunny place and is surranded by a nice garden with a unique view on the Dolomites. In our garden we have a swing and slide, sandbox, sun chairs and umbrella. From Chalet Vanzi you can reach with a short walk the new Ski Lift Carousel “Piculin” which is connected with the moust famous skiing area South Tirol “Plan de Corones”. There is also a shuttle service that takes you every 20 minutes to Alta Badia/Sellaronda.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Kronplatz changes with the seasons, but never loses its unique charm. In summer, you can explore on foot or by bike; in winter, on skis or snowshoes. The landscape is open and easily recognisable, even though the light and colours change. But there is more to discover than just nature: the museums on the mountain tops tell powerful stories tied to Alpine culture. And if you listen closely, you can also hear Ladin spoken: a sign of a land that keeps its roots alive.
