Welcome to the Appartamento Saeculum! The name is no coincidence - our antique gem is located in a house that has been shaped by centuries. The building with its thick, old walls radiates a sense of well-being. The cosy parlour from the 14th century invites you to linger. Our flat is modern and furnished with every comfort and has a high-quality real wood floor. The fusion between old and new makes it so interesting. The flat offers enough space for 2 to 4 people and is only a few minutes by car from the village centre of Neumarkt/Egna. There is plenty to discover here, from cultural highlights to numerous activity and leisure options.

About the region

Spring begins earlier here. And the autumn lasts longer. Wine is produced here in abundance. Lemons, figs and olives thrive here. Today, as in the past, exceptional architecture designs were realised in the name of making and tasting wine. The area is home to people with an innovative spirit. Here you can feel the southern vibe.
