The kitchen of Rifugio Alpino Pralongià is renowned for the quality of its ingredients and skilled artisanship. The blend of Ladin gastronomic traditions and Mediterranean recipes are guided by a choice of strictly local products. Meat, speck, cheese, and milk come exclusively from South Tyrolean farms, while wild is sometimes sourced from the hut's own owners, who are passionate hunters in their spare time.
