Hotel Ciurnadú

Ciurnadù is documented for the first time in the land register of Castel Badia (1296) under the name Zyradas (small property). In 1971, Alex's parents - the current owner - built their house, which was soon converted into a small hotel. Currently, the hotel is still managed by the Rubatscher family: Rita at the reception, Alex and Luca in the kitchen, Matteo in the dining room, wellness area, and on the farm. Our farm, managed by Matteo, and our vegetable garden, cared for by Rita and her grandfather Jep, offer a unique experience where you can connect with rural life in Alta Badia. The half-board service includes a four-course dinner menu and a rich vegetable buffet. Each dish combines the tradition and creativity of our chefs, with the mission of celebrating the typical cuisine of South Tyrol. We use fresh local products and enhance their flavors by cooking them in the wood-fired oven, as in the past.
