Wide apartment with 3 bedrooms and balcony, suitable for hosting up to 7 adults + 1 children under 14 years age.The apartment is furnished in rustic style and offers wide spaces. It is made of 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are double rooms and one is a twin room, one bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, a small additional bathroom with toilet and basin only, a living room with TV, a separate kitchen with dining table and a wide balcony looking southwards. In the double rooms it is possible to add a single extra bed. Each bedroom has an own basin and mirror. The wide southwards looking balcony will allow you to enjoy the Dolomites’ sun, by admiring the majestic mountains. Additionally, there is an internal terrace, where you will be able to enjoy outdoor dining in the warm months. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more There is also a washing machine at your disposition. The apartment is located in the first floor, reachable by stairs only. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are available for free.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 7- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines.
