That’s where you get closer to one another! A bit smaller than the other apartments, but still classy; and what’s more: nothing is missing. The kitchenette is well equipped, the living room is provided with a couch and a flat SAT-TV. The kitchen as also the cozy bedroom are made of massive spruce wood. Both rooms are directed towards the south facing balcony. That’s why they are particularly sunny and bright. The bathroom is furnished with a vitrified shower and a generous sink.

A wonderful place to lodge! The apartment “Radlsee” captivates with its generous room arrangement on a living area of over 45 m² for two to four people. The 26 m² living room is equipped with a cozy bed couch and a flat SAT-TV. Also the bedroom made of spruce wood is very spacious. And because a day should not only begin with a great breakfast, but also with a neat bathroom, it’s featured with warm natural tones.

Named after our charming village, the apartment „Albeins“ is proverbially our sunshine. Sun in the morning, at noon or in the evening thanks to the two balconies, our guests, who like it bright and sunny, do benefit. Nevertheless, the apartment Albeins has much more to offer. The living area on more than 45 m² includes a separate well equipped kitchen with a sitting area, a spacious living room with a second sitting area, couch and an additional cupboard, a cozy bedroom and a neat bathroom with shower and bidet. We emphasized to use quality and genuine furniture. The floors are made of oak wood; the furniture is made of spruce wood. The underfloor heating offers cozy warmth, the network circuit breaker provides a healthy and restful sleep. Besides that, also a flat SAT-TV is at our guests’ disposal.

The spacious bedroom and the second room with a three quarter bed offer space to feel good to three or four (if children) guests. The 24m² living room furnished in larch wood and the cozy bed couch invite to relax and enjoy. A vitrified shower, a bidet and a generous sink as also a view through the skylight in the bathroom are awaiting you. The apartment Plose offers two balconies: one balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun and one balcony to dine watching the sunset.

Living-dreams getting real! The apartment Brixen is our jewel. The 65 m² living area offers a 26 m² living room with sitting accommodations, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two spacious bedrooms and an almost 10 m² big bathroom with a bathtub, a vitrified shower, bidet and a generous sink. The apartment also disposes of two balconies, one of them facing south. A special experience is watching the sunset from the more than 50 m² big terrace. The use of the terrace is only for our exclusive guests of the apartment Brixen and offers a wonderful view over Albeins/Albes to Gitschberg, the Radlsee/Col Rodella Lake and the Rittner Horn/Corno del Renon. The glass-front towards the terrace, the high rooms, as also the view to the timber roof give the apartment a very special flair.

Feeling good is easy at the Mittermoarhof. Five new apartments with a special charm and style are at your disposal at the Mittermoar. We placed value on high quality, genuine and comfortable furniture in our apartments. Stylish equipped and very generously and comfortably shaped living areas four apartments with a big bed couch and flat-SAT-TV are waiting for you. Also the kitchens are well-equipped. Depending on the apartment, one or two bedrooms furnished in wood are at your disposal. The very spacious bathrooms feature natural warm tones. Every apartment disposes of at least one balcony facing south, three apartments dispose of two balconies.
