Hotel My Arbor

My Arbor (opened in 2018) is 5-star adults only wellness "tree hotel" immersed in the peaceful mountains of the Plose in South Tyrol, the only one of its kind in the country. Its contemporary architecture with views of the Dolomites is immersed in the woods and is perfectly integrated into the natural environment. As the hotel name suggests, the “MY philosophy” plays an essential role, focuses on “me-time”, and offers maximum relaxation and flexibility for its guests, who are invited to find there what often comes up short in hectic everyday life: time for themselves and the greatest possible freedom for their own rhythm. The in-house Spa Arboris is a 2,500 m² oasis of calm with an infinity pool (indoor and outdoor), 10 treatment rooms, sauna area including 5 saunas, cold-water pool, panoramic whirlpool, various relaxing areas and 10 outdoor relax rooms. Spa treatments are based on local trees and plants utilising their beneficial effect on body, mind and soul. Activities at the hotel include wellness treatments, sauna infusions, yoga, forest bathing, hiking, skiing, biking, wine tasting, cultural experiences & shopping in Brixen. The culinary experience at My Arbor is a fusion of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine with creative dishes from all over the world, wine cellar with wine sommelier and bar with creative cocktails. The focus is on quality, local suppliers and home-made food and drinks. Sun-ripened fruit and vegetables and first-class olive oil and corn come directly from the own agriculture and are transformed into fine culinary delights with much love and expertise.
