Our hotel is located near the church at the very heart of the village of St. Johann, close to the bus stop (regular transports every 30 min from and to Brunico with bus nr 450) and in the beautiful Ahrntal, between Sand in Taufers and Kasern. We lie at the foot of the Mountain Schwarzenstein, surrounded by 3000m high mountain summits and always in touch with the beautiful landscape around us. We can recommend a line-up of activities and interesting routes: - walks along the River Ahr., hiking trips to farmhouses and mountain huts up to the highest peaks - 7 different museums within a radius of 12km from our hotel Steinpent - bus ski shuttle in winter from the hotel to the ski slopes of Klausberg (3.6km) and Speikboden (5,7km). - we have an ongoing collaboration with the swimming facility Cascade-Sand in Taufers and its large wellness and sauna areas - by paying the tourist tax (mandatory for all guests over 14y) you can enjoy free transfers, discounts and other special activities. We open our doors for you.
