Welcome We are located in the village of Vernago al lago, at 1707 m above sea level. Our house is embedded in sunlit and lush meadows, surrounded by the majestic mountain scenery of the Alps forming the valley Ötztal. The beautiful lake of Vernago is within walking distance. Vernago al lago is an ideal starting point for fantastic hikes, trekking or high-alpine tours in the Texel-Group Nature Park. The discovery site of “Ötzi” (the Iceman) can be seen from our terrace. The glacier ski area Val Senales - Maso Corto is located only 6 km away. We are a small family business and taking personal care of our guests is our highest priority. "Mamma Lydia" will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean and Italian dishes. Winter holidays in Schnalstal Valley Relax far away from the busy city life and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the fresh mountain air. In just 6 minutes by cable car, you can reach the Val Senales glacier at 3,200 m. The ideal starting point for wonderful ski experiences for all levels. Enjoy fantastic wide slopes or demanding 8 km long downhill runs. With our free-of-charge ski bus, we drive you directly to the lifts of the ski area Val Senales, which is only 6 km away. 35 km of perfectly prepared, snow guaranteed and non-crowded slopes with short waiting times assure skiing at its best.
