The Oberfallerhof provides its guets the opportunity to experience South Tyrol and its mix of Alpine and Mediterranean cultures. The farm is located in the Eisacktal valley and surrounded by apple orchards, vegetable fields and forests. We embedded four very special apartments: generously planned with patios and private saunas, with big windows, cosy and comfortably furnished, with great attention to detail - using local craftmanship, high quality material and wood from our forests. You can also book the house for work vacation, for a Club, for parties and holidays to celebrate birthdays/anniversaries with friends and loved ones in our ground floor. There we offer a cosy fireplace, comfortable sofas, a library, a vaulted cellar with seating areas, a modern shared kitchen. A wide door in the large window front leads directly onto a spacious terrace and walk into the beautiful gardens with an incredible view of the Schlern, with a Yogaplace, a Bocciagame and a Kneipptrail.

About the region

In Brixen/Bressanone and environs, history and modern life walk side by side. For centuries, this valley has been a crossroads: emperors, artists and merchants have passed through, leaving visible footprints. The Hofburg palace reveals the power of the prince-bishops, while the alleys of the old town wind between palaces and cafés. In the surrounding area, discover Klausen/Chiusa, loved by Dürer, and the waterfalls of the Gilfenklamm gorge. Malga Fane is an Alpine village that seems to be frozen in time. Autumn is Törggelen season: new wine, chestnuts and time spent together enjoying traditional pursuits. The white wines of the Eisacktal/Valle Isarco really complete the experience.
