1st Floor: La Varella (42 m²) for 3–5 people The apartments at our hotel are an ideal choice for families. Our new La Varella apartment, with a total area of 42 m², consists of a triple bedroom with a west-facing balcony (no panoramic view) and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, crockery, pots and cutlery. The living room provides access to a second balcony on the north side (no panoramic view), overlooking the steep slopes that rise towards the foot of Mount La Varella. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Although the apartment is located on the first floor, it is barrier-free thanks to the elevator and its carefully designed layout. All areas of the apartment are easily accessible, including for guests with reduced mobility.

The ambience is characterised by rustic wood, the warmly furnished rooms offer a harmonious blend of tradition and comfort. In the embrace of the benevolent atmosphere, guests are served with warmth, as if they were part of the family, because everyone is welcome at La Stüa - ‘the parlour’. Since 1965 we have been serving on the basis of the warmest hospitality: this is how guests and employees can discover their ‘second home’ here.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Alta Badia, the Dolomites look so close you could reach out and touch them. The Sassongher mountain, Santa Croce peak and Sella group rise above manicured villages and ancient farms. In the "viles" (hamlets), people still speak Ladin, a language that is deeply rooted in this valley. Mountaineering has a long history here, but today Alta Badia is also synonymous with excellent cuisine. Between lodges, gourmet events and Michelin-starred restaurants, gourmands will find plenty of authentic and refined dishes to enjoy. Not to mention the slopes of the Gran Risa ski course, the hairpin bends of the Maratona dles Dolomites bicycle race, and the Armentara meadows. Each season brings new possibilities.
