Hotel ADLER Carezza

At the Hotel ADLER Carezza you're in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and a short walk away to the lake Carezza. The Hotel ADLER is located next to the river “Pukolin” on 1400m of elevation, nestled in the Latemar forest and just on the classical “Great Dolomites Route” connecting Bolzano to Cortina d’Ampezzo. At the ADLER we will delight you with South-Tyrolean and Mediterranean delicacies and you will be spoil by the excellent wines produced locally. After your enchanting excursions in the Dolomites you may relax in the brand-new spa area with a classical Finn-Sauna with panoramic view, a steam bath and a relaxation area with comfortable deck chairs. In Winter, you may start to the best snowshoeing trails directly from the ADLER. Furthermore, the nearby Carezza Ski area is about 2km from the hotel and easily reachable by public buses which stop in front of the hotel. Additional ski areas such as Obereggen, Sella Ronda, Passo Lusia e.g. are just less than half an hour distant from the ADLER. In addition, cross-country trails are available on Passo Carezza and a specialized cross-country center is on Passo Lavazè (20km from hotel ADLER) adding up to 80km of trail circuit Exploring the Dolomites region of Rosengarten|Catinaccio and Latemar is a very fine experience during summer as well. Hide away and walk along the trails through the woods and pastures of Carezza and reach the high altitudes and via ferrata on Latemar and Rosengarten mountain. For all your itineraries we will give you hints and advice to your preparation on the excursions. And for mountain bike rides you will feel comfortable at the ADLER, an ideal starting point for mountain biking, guided tours and technical training (extra fee may apply). The Carezza Golf course with 9 holes is situated only 2 km from the hotel, it is the highest golf course on 1600 m of elevation in South Tyrol.
