Our two brand-new holiday apartments are located in a small house in St. Johann. The young team of architects has succeeded in implementing a contemporary building style without abandoning the characteristic construction style of the Ahrntal valley. The house is built to the Klimahaus A-nature standard. This seal of quality, awarded by the province of South Tyrol, is much sought after, and certifies buildings according to their energy efficiency and the effects on the environment, health and well-being of their inhabitants.
