On our farmstead, we rent out a 38m² apartment, which is a small house on its own. Next to the apartment, there is a covered parking space. The parking space, apartment, and lawn are all on the same level as the entrance (no stairs). There are tables and benches for guests both on the lawn in front of the house, adjacent to the vineyard, and behind the apartment. On the east side of the apartment, with a view of the valley, there is a large balcony measuring 8 meters in length. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen-living area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and possibly a crib. (For a third adult, we can provide an extra bed in the kitchen-living area or in the bedroom.) The room also has a satellite TV. Final cleaning is included in the price. The apartment is situated in a quiet location and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. The sports and adventure pool can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Lake Caldaro is only 4 km away. While staying in Termeno, you can also take part in day trips to Venice, Lake Garda, or the Dolomites, organized by the local bus company Walter Reisen.
