The villa is completely new, it stands in a perfect position, at the foot of Mount Kronplatz / Plan de Corones, on a sunny south-facing hillside and is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Each apartment has a large balcony to the south elevations, providing a beautiful view of the idyllic woods and meadows. Our apartments are furnished to a high standard using quality materials, whose natural style create a feeling of well-being and coziness. Due to their central position, our apartments are a suitable base for your holiday activities. In winter, you can just walk over (400m) to the lift facilities “Kronplatz Ried”, which take you to South Tyrol's premier skiing mountain. In summer, the village of Percha is an ideal starting point for countless excursions to the magnificent mountains of the Dolomites. As our guests you have the perfect opportunity to visit the indoor swimming pool “Cron 4” during your residence for free! Also enjoy the sauna landscapes (boasting a 6-pearl award with 13 different sauna rooms) “Cron 3” at half price. We are looking forward to your visit!
