Description
The flat is situated on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the old centre of Montan and the Enn castle. The flat is 62 m2 large and consists of a bright, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, complete with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, sofa bed (can be used as a double bed), TV-SAT and a small, multilingual library (tourist guides and information brochures), a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a cot, a bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, WC and baby's changing table. Community garden and private terrace with garden furniture and trampoline. Gas barbecue available on request. Also a covered car park (possibly other free car parks in the vicinity). Public electric vehicle charging station at only 4 minutes by foot.

Montan/Montagna on the wine road: WALKING IN THE GREEN - MOUNTAINBIKE - WINE
The apartment is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the surroundings of Montan/Montagna, as well as long hikes and bike tours in the entire South of Südtirol/Alto Adige. It is located just 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the village and only 5 minutes on foot from the public bus stop (Bus lines Ora-Cavalese and Egna-Aldino-Pietralba). In addition, the beautiful bicycle and hiking trail along the old Val di Fiemme-railway line runs nearby.
The nearest train station is Auer/Ora, 6 km from our apartment (train line Trento-Bolzano-Brennero. Free parking at the train station).
With the "Südtriols Süden Card", which is included in the price of your stay, you can use all public buses and local trains for free (anywhere in South Tyrol, including Trento and Cavalese). The card also offers discounts on various cultural, sports and entertainment activities.
Montan/Montagna is situated between two nature parks on a hillside terrace at 500 m above sea level. The landscape is characterised by vineyards and mixed forests, which turn yellow, orange and red in mid-late October (‘foliage’).
The village is located only a few minutes drive from the Neumarkt-Auer freeway exit and therefore centrally to visit the surrounding area.
