Trail no.1- Suitable for pushchairs. Jenesien, departure from the sportsground on trail no. 33 or trail no.1. Walk along trail no. 1 or the E5 European long-distance walking trail trough the hilly landscape offered by the Salten, to then reach the little church of St. Jacob and Langfenn. Our Hikers' bus can drive xou back to Jenesien. Duration of the excursion: 2 hours and 30 minutes - Drop/rise: 440 m

Snowshoeing or ski tour on the Alp of Lüsen and Rodeneck, across the Alpine Hut Starkenfeldhütte until the Astjoch

Spring and autumn are the ideal times for this hike. From the sports ground in Lasa/Laas, walk along the dry Lasa Leitenwaal canals (Laaser Leiten) to the mountain village of Tanas. From here hikers can enjoy unique panoramic views of the valley basin and the Ortler range on the opposite side.

This hike is normally snow-free, with gorgeous views of the Laaser Tal valley, the marble quarry and the incline railway.

The hike starts directly at the mountain station of Monte Baranci, accessible by the 4-seater chairlift from the centre of San Candido/Innichen. From there you pass the Bagni di San Candido and then you arrive again in the town. 

The winter hike begins at the "Dax" car park, which you reach via the Brenner state road. From the left-hand bend of the highway exit between Gossensass and the Brenner Pass, a small side road takes you to the car park (signposted ‘Hühnerspielhütte’). From there, a wide, well-maintained forest path leads you uphill in gentle hairpin curves through the forest and across clearings before the path finally climbs more steeply to the Hühnerspielhütte (1868 m). Note that the hut is closed in the 2024/25 winter season. Make sure you have enough to drink and provisions with you, as there is no refreshment stop.

An easy hike through larch woods and the romantic Fischleintal valley, to the very foot of the Einserkofel.

This winter hike starts in Saltria and leads along the hiking trail towards Piz. From there the trail runs through the snow-covered landscape with a wonderful panoramic view of the Dolomites.

The Nature Trail Zans is accessible for wheelchairs. Fourteen sections give an insight in the flora and fauna of the Nature Park Puez-Geisler.

The Tomanegger restaurant is your starting point. Follow trail no. 30 on the Salten an walk on along trail no. 6/12B, until you reach the Gschnofer Stall restaurant. From here, follow trails no. 7a and 7, and then trail no. 10 to come back to Wirtshof and trail no. 30 to come back to your starting point. Duration of the excursion: 3 hours - Drop/rise 313 m

This hiking trail from Lasa/Laas to Großboden (Monte Sole Mountain) starts from Lasa square and passes over the Alliz bridge until it reaches Großboden and finally Tanas. This hike demands a considerable fitness level and experience. The return on the same path or by the Lasa bus

Freud Promenade: named after its most famous guest, the founder of psychoanalysis Dr Sigmund Freud, the promenade is ideal for a leisurely walk from Oberbozen to Lichtenstern and Klobenstein.

This leisurely walk next to the river Rienz leads from St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo to Bruneck/Brunico.

The hike starts directly at the mountain station Stiergarten and from there it goes always slightly downhill over the malga Klammbach to the malga Nemes and from there via Froneben back to the village of Moso.

Discover Ortisei in Val Gardena on a cozy village stroll along the Luis Trenker Promenade. Perfect for all ages, this route offers beautiful views, traditional architecture, and the unmatched atmosphere of the village.

The short circular trail leads directly around Lake Carezza (Karer See | Lago di Carezza), which is often frozen and covered in a blanket of snow during winter. Surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Latemar and Rosengarten | Catinaccio, it offers a picturesque view of the Dolomites. The prepared path is particularly suitable for a relaxed winter walk. The peaceful, snow-covered landscape and the frozen waters of the lake, with its sparkling ice crystals, create a special atmosphere, ideal for a short break in nature.

The moderately difficult Saxnerweg leads from Partschins to Vellau. The small fraction on the sunny slope of Algund is looking forward to welcoming you!

Hike from Schleis to the rustic village of Schlinig or in the other direction.

Romantice hike through the snowy winter woods, away from the bustle of the Meran 2000 ski area.

The hike starts directly at the mountain station of the cable car Stiergarten and leads from there always slightly downhill over the Klammbachalm and the Nemesalm to Passo Monte Croce. There you can take te bus to reach the starting point Signaue. 

30-minute foot walk, then on with snowshoes, steep ascent towards Brogles, along the Adolf-Munkel-Trail no. 35 to the hut Geisler Alm.

The Val Gardena railway trail runs along the entire length of the valley and takes you past woods, meadows, hamlets and local sights on the sunny side of the valley. Choose between Ortisei (St. Ulrich), S. Cristina and Selva (Wolkenstein) as your starting point. The walk follows the course of the former Val Gardena railway, which was built during the First World War – in the years 1915-1916.

On a section of the path you will find a number of bronze sculptures by local artists. These give walkers and hikers an insight into the fascinating history of art in the Gardena Valley.

Along the railway line trail from La Poza towards S. Cristina there is a snow gauge, which measures the amount of snowfall for the period from 1951 to the present day.

The hike starts directly at the mountain station of the cable car Stiergarten and leads from there always slightly downhill over the Klammbachalm down to Moos valley.

The Val Gardena rail tracks course through the whole valley on a sunny stroll across forests, meadows, villages and local sights. Choose from Roncadizza, Ortisei, S. Cristina or Selva as a starting point. The walk follows the old rail tracks of the Val Gardena locomotive built during WWI (1915-1916) by Russian prisoners. Along the old railway line from La Poza to Santa Cristina you can find the diagram of the snow that fell since 1951.

The deep snow-covered forests and paths on the Möltner Joch offer time and tranquillity to hike in unspoilt nature - a ramble through nature with overwhelming views.

The hike starts directly at the mountain station Stiergarten  and leads from there always slightly downhill over the Malga Klammbach to the Malga Nemes and from there to the Passo Monte Croce. From there the ski bus brings you back to the starting point Signaue.

The charming middle circular winter hike around Lake Carezza transformsin winter into a picturesque snow walk of about 1 hour. The path winds through snowy forests and along the frozen Lake Carezza, offering impressive views of the Dolomites in their winter coat. A relaxing tour in a winter wonderland that invites you to enjoy the winter atmosphere.

This trail is mostly snow-free and offers a magnificent view of the opposite Monte Tramontana mountains with the Stelvio National Park and the snowy Ortler group.

In its winter coat, Lake Carezza (Karer See | Lake Carezza) has a charm of its own. The water surface, which appears so crystal clear and inviting in summer, transforms in the cold months into an enchanting world of ice and snow, surrounded by the white Dolomite mountains of Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar. The long circular path starts from the small holiday village of Karersee | Carezza, crosses the suspension bridge, then passes by Lake Carezza and continues into the snowy Latemar forest, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and tranquility.

Start from the Kampidell parkplace and follow trail to the Jenesiener Jöchl and then walk on with the snowshoes along trail no. 23b until you reach Stoanerne Mandlen. On your way back, walk along trail no. 23b until you reach the Möltner Kaser restaurant and trail no. 28 to come back to your starting point. Duration of the excursioin: 5 hours hours - Drop/rise: 350 m
