The heritage-listed farm from the 12th century is located in Pracupola/Kuppelwies, at the beginning of the Höfeweg, in the middle of a farm group behind the Schwemmalm cable car. He is one of the oldest farms of the Ultental.

The spices and herbs from the organic herb garden are harvested with the utmost care, dried and later processed into herbal teas and many other herbal products.

Production of honey and its derivates which are for sale in the small shop of the apiarist Walter Pichler.

In our tavern there is a small but fine farm shop. Our products are lovingly hand-picked and processed with great diligence and patience.

Our cheese dairy is located above the village of St. Martin/S. Martino, at an elevation of 1,000 metres.

The goats and cows that produce the milk are fed with organically grown fodder, and processed into aromatic fresh cheeses. Our products are available from our farm store or sales outlets, including the Algund/Lagundo Dairy and “Spezialitäten Pamer” in St. Leonhard/S. Leonardo. Farm tours with cheese tastings can be arranged on request.

The farm „Wegerhof“ is located 1,300 m above sea level in the small and sunny village of Stuls/Stulles in the Passeiertal valley. We manufacture our products with love and enthusiasm.

Since 2004, we use our silage-free pasture milk to produce our cheese according to the traditional procedure of cheese making. The cheese then matures in our cellar, until it gets its unique taste.

Our products: mountain cheese, medium-fat cheese, pepper cheese, garlic cheese, hay cheese, goat’s cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, butter, eggs, seasoned salt and various juices.

You can buy our products in our farm shop during the opening hours or by arrangement.

In addition to our farm shop, you may find our dairy products on the farmer’s market in Merano/Meran (Saturdays, all year round), on the market in Caldaro/Kaltern (Tuesdays, from April to November), in the C&C shop in S. Leonardo/St. Leonhard, in the Gol Market shop in Tirolo/Dorf Tirol and in the shop “Vingscher Bauernladen” in Naturno/Naturns.

Wouldn’t you relish a taste of authentic, homegrown South Tyrolean farmhouse bacon? Fresh from our very own pig farm!

Our farm shop also offers mouth-watering, homemade produce including jams, juices, syrups, dried fruit, Kaminwurzen, free-range eggs, fruit liqueurs, herbal teas and soaps, herb salts, marigold (calendula) ointments, as well as freshly-picked berries and other varieties of local fruit – depending on the season.

Bring your family to visit our domestic livestock farm ... which includes ponies, cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, ducks and a few chickens.

Our farm borders on the Waalweg irrigation canal trail, not far from the Taser cable car valley station.

Our beekeeping is focused on a natural and bee-friendly approach, minimizing interventions in the hives. By selecting locations from Vinschgau to Riva del Garda, our bees can access a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources, which is reflected in the purity and quality of our honey. Discover our diverse range of honey varieties and beekeeping products, as well as our high-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda.

• Honey varieties: Forest honey, forest flower honey, alpine rose honey, mountain flower honey, spring flower honey, chestnut honey, creamy honey. Available in 250g, 500g, and 1kg jars. Gift packages available upon request.
• Beeswax candles: Handcrafted, chemical-free candles made from pure beeswax. Available in various shapes and prices.
• Beekeeping products: Lip balm, hand cream, face cream, cold balm, propolis drops or spray, made from our own bee products and herbs. Gift packages available upon request.
• Olive oil: High-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda, characterized by its spicy note, thanks to the local microclimate.

• Discovery tours: Experience the world of bees and honey production with a guided tour. This experience is bookable through the Partschins Tourist Office, also for groups and school classes.
• Event stand: Our event stand offers honey and olive oil tastings directly at your hotel. We handle the entire organization to provide your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.
• Bee sponsorships: Become a bee sponsor and support biodiversity. As a sponsor, you will receive honey, updates on the development of the bee colony, and an exclusive guided tour with honey tasting.

Mountain cheese, herb or flower cheese, pepper cheese, soft cheese, butter or yoghurt - our natural products from the farm's own cows' milk ar special.

Through the window of the new farm shop you can watch the cheese making.

In our shop you can get freshly slaughtered, filleted and smoked fish specialities every day. We also have a large selection of fresh sea fish. High quality is our focus. The long experience in trout farming, the water from our spring and a mountain stream are the best prerequisites for this. Enjoy healthy fish !

Since 1948, we have processed local mountain sheep wool into felting wool, knitwear, socks, duvets, pillows and more.

Our in-house tailoring produces the typical “Sarner” jackets, as well as walking jackets fit to size and personal taste, individually and uniquely.

We also stock fashion and accessories from selected fair fashion labels in our store.

In the fish farm can be purchased sea char from sustainable breeding.

We are a small farm dairy and we produce various cheeses from raw milk and yogurt with different flavors. We only work with the milk of our own cows, which are feeded only with hay. Until our cheeses go on sale, they are turned and brushed every two days. We offer home delivery and sell our products in selected shops and also at our selling point "Kashittl" (Moarhans) in Caprile (see opening hours).

All our products are made according to biological procedures controlled and certified by BIOLAND. The ingredients come exclusively from their own cultivation in our farm and are complemented by herbs and wild flowers that we collect ourselves.

Our cheesy dairy situated in Pfelders/Plan uses very precious ingredients to make the delicious cheeses.

Our products: We produce our own milk cheese and yogurt. Unique cheese products: Zeppichler bacon cheese, mild, spicy and piquant Pfelderer Bergkäse mountain cheese, Zeppichler Kräuterzauber herbs cheese, natural Mutschli, chili Mutschli, wild garlic Mutschli and garlic Mutschli.

Farm store:

Fruit spreads, syrups, juices, chutneys, pickled vegetables, and much more. All farm produce is caringly made by hand at the Gasserhof and sold under the “Roter Hahn” quality brand.

The farm Esserhüttl is located about 7.5 km above St. Pankraz. On our farm we collect by hand various wild and cultivated herbs, which we process into syrup or gently dry and mix into herbal infusions. Sun-ripened fruits end up in the jam pot or juice is made from them. In addition to fruits and herbs, we offer a variety of vegetables. Our focus is on products that have ideal growing conditions at our altitude.
