The organic winery Stachlburg has been working in an organic and organic way since 1998 and is a member of "Bioland" and the"independent winegrowers of South Tyrol".

The organic wine estate was founded in 1990 by planting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A few more varieties were added in the following years. Lagrein Kretzer rosé, Vinschgau Vernatsch, Regent, Vinschgau Pinot Noir, Merlot, Vinschgau Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Terlano Sauvignon, Praesepium (sweet late harvest) and Vinschgau Gewürztraminer are now part of the extensive range. The crowning glory for festive occasions is the sparkling wine: the Eustachius brut sparkling wine.

The goal of the Stachlburg organic wine estate is to produce a healthy, valuable and sustainable agricultural product. Baron Sigmund von Kripp and his family focus on respect for nature, people and traditions, but also sustainable and modern techniques. The naturalness and authenticity of the wines are particularly important to her.

At the butcher "Tisner Speck" in Tesimo it is possible to buy traditional "Southtyrolean Speck", "Kaminwurz", ecc.

Our beekeeping is focused on a natural and bee-friendly approach, minimizing interventions in the hives. By selecting locations from Vinschgau to Riva del Garda, our bees can access a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources, which is reflected in the purity and quality of our honey. Discover our diverse range of honey varieties and beekeeping products, as well as our high-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda.

• Beeswax candles: Handcrafted, chemical-free candles made from pure beeswax. Available in various shapes and prices.
• Beekeeping products: Lip balm, hand cream, face cream, cold balm, propolis drops or spray, made from our own bee products and herbs. Gift packages available upon request.
• Olive oil: High-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda, characterized by its spicy note, thanks to the local microclimate.

Our services:

• Discovery tours: Experience the world of bees and honey production with a guided tour. This experience is bookable through the Partschins Tourist Office, also for groups and school classes.
• Event stand: Our event stand offers honey and olive oil tastings directly at your hotel. We handle the entire organization to provide your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.
• Bee sponsorships: Become a bee sponsor and support biodiversity. As a sponsor, you will receive honey, updates on the development of the bee colony, and an exclusive guided tour with honey tasting.

The farm Obertimpflerhof is situated in Vöran, a village above Merano which lies 1,280 meters above sea level.

Franz keeps his pigs on the pasture and in the stable on and around his farm, where they have access to clear mountain air and a lot of space to run free. That and GMO-free feeding is the secret for farmer Innerhofer’s high quality pork meat. In traditional and artisan production it is processed to well-known South Tyrolean speck and other local pork specialties.

Our farm shop also offers mouth-watering, homemade produce including jams, juices, syrups, dried fruit, Kaminwurzen, free-range eggs, fruit liqueurs, herbal teas and soaps, herb salts, marigold (calendula) ointments, as well as freshly-picked berries and other varieties of local fruit – depending on the season.

Bring your family to visit our domestic livestock farm ... which includes ponies, cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, ducks and a few chickens.

Our farm borders on the Waalweg irrigation canal trail, not far from the Taser cable car valley station.

Our cheesy dairy situated in Pfelders/Plan uses very precious ingredients to make the delicious cheeses.

Our products: We produce our own milk cheese and yogurt. Unique cheese products: Zeppichler bacon cheese, mild, spicy and piquant Pfelderer Bergkäse mountain cheese, Zeppichler Kräuterzauber herbs cheese, natural Mutschli, chili Mutschli, wild garlic Mutschli and garlic Mutschli.

In our shop you can get freshly slaughtered, filleted and smoked fish specialities every day. We also have a large selection of fresh sea fish. High quality is our focus. The long experience in trout farming, the water from our spring and a mountain stream are the best prerequisites for this. Enjoy healthy fish !

All our products are made according to biological procedures controlled and certified by BIOLAND. The ingredients come exclusively from their own cultivation in our farm and are complemented by herbs and wild flowers that we collect ourselves.

At the Sandwiesen farm in the sunny Adige Valley, Peter Thuile, an experienced oenologist, processes several apple varieties into a light, tingling apple juice. The fruity and elegant fruit wine is fermented on the bottle, is low alcoholized and contains no residual sugar. As a fresh aperitif and ideal companion for Mediterranean appetizers and regional dishes, it represents an interesting alternative. The Apfelcuvèe is available annually only in limited quantities and is sold only from the farm.

The Thurner family grow various fruits and vegetables, which they offer fresh or processed into noble products.

Their assortment ranges from strong wines to natural fruit juices to crispy dried fruit and many other delicacies. It is sold at the farm shop on the Strada del Vino and in the "Ladele" at the via s. Vigilio 10 a Nalles.

Our efforts are focused on the strength and health of the grapes. We want to make wines full of character, individual and which are good for the connoisseur. We achieve this by using cellar technology sparingly, many years of experience and deliberately minimising grape harvests. Ultimately, our own senses of smell and taste decide what we offer our customers. We follow our work in the vineyard and cellar with the knowledge of the positive powers which are in a good authentic wine.

The range of 17 different wines, including award-winning wines such as "Dorado" and "Farnatzer", reflects the quality philosophy of our winery. As a member of the Association of South Tyrolean Quality Vineyards and the Association of Independent Winegrowers South Tyrol, we are convinced that great things can be achieved by working together.

Gabriel has been an enthusiastic beekeeper for years.

We have been growing grapes and pressing red and white wines from them since 2003. The wine cellars bear the original medieval farm name, Hännsl am Ort. In addition to grapes and asparagus, we also grow aples and turn them into naturally cloudy apple juice.

At the historic Ansitz Mairhof we use our own sun-ripened fruit to make delicious, natural, home grown produce. Apple juice, a variety of jams, fruit and leaf syrups, homemade chutneys and more are available to taste and buy from the historic listed farm belonging to the Bernhart family. The natural ingredients of beneficial tea blends flourish in the herb garden. And local grape varieties are grown in the family estate’s vineyards, which are transformed with loving care and attention into exquisite Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Lagrein rosé, Vernatsch, Pinot Noir e Zweigelt wines. Sophisticated wines to delight the heart and taste buds, which on request you are welcome to try out in the historic cellar.

The Eichernhof farm in Vöran is specialized in cultivating herbs.
The cook and young farmer Elisabeth offers cooking and baking courses, her mother Erika is guiding farm and herb garden tours.
Their homemade products such as jams, honey, bath and herbal salts, tea, syrups, fruit, vegetables and dried fruits are sold at the farm.

The main focus at the Noafhof farm is on the production of organic grazing eggs. Thanks to the mobile chicken coop the hens can always enjoy fresh grass, which has a positive effect on the quality of the eggs.

The Torgglerhof is a fruit and wine farm, a place of recreation, a vacation home. And Schenna's first farm distillery. In 2016, the distillery starts operating in the former dungeon.

Where centuries ago prisoners waited for their interrogation, today noble drops are distilled in the wood-fired copper kettle, from what grows on local land. Care and attention to detail ensure that the full flavour of the fruit reaches the bottle intact.
