This hike takes you past Totenkirchl Chapel and picturesque Totensee Lake to the peaks of Villandro (Villanderer) Mountain.
From Plan de Gralba (accessible by ski bus) starts the path no. 653 at the feet of the Sella group. Pass at the Chalet Gerard, where you have to cross the road, and continue along path no. 653 until you arrive at the foot of Piz Culac. Return on the same way.
The Vallunga is the entrance to the Naturepark Puez - Odle. It lasts a few km and it's in the middle of woods and mountains. The valley has a flair of quiteness and calm and everybody can enjoy it during a walk in the valley.
Easy snowshoe hike from the Hotel Bad Bergfall in direction Inn Trattes.
We park in front of the Inn Bad Bergfall and start our walk along the brook on a forest road, signposted with the number 3, slightly uphill. After about half an hour we reach the sulfur source. We cross the brook, after a rocky bottleneck the path turns to the right and goes across fields to the mountain inn Trattes, which is located in a beautiful viewpoint not far from the road to the Furkelpass.
The way back is the same way.
This adventurous snowshoe hike leads through forest and meadows to the most famous pilgrimage site in South Tyrol, the Maria Weißenstein monastery, which is well worth a visit. Numerous votive tablets demonstrate how, for centuries, the devout sought refuge and mercy from the mother of god in times of worry or distress.
A lovely winter hike that goes gently but steadily uphill. Almost the entire hike passes through snowy woodland and beautiful winter landscapes, making it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing.

Because of their favourable location, negligible risk of avalanches and the large number of users the following hiking tips are suitable at all times. Please be careful after heavy fresh snowfall or in extreme weather. Always: Check the avalanche status report and the weather forecast. Unless the walks are circular walks, all descriptions are only for the outbound stretch.
Do not leave the paths. For the benefit of the wildlife that already struggles in winter, please avoid making loud noises.

The snowshoe hike from the Angerer Alm to the Lanzwiesen Alm along trail No. 6 is a true winter adventure. The path leads you through snowy forests and gentle hills, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the winter landscape. Starting at the Angerer Alm, you follow the well-marked trail that takes you to the picturesque Lanzwiesen Alm in about 1.5 hours. Once there, you can take a well-deserved break and admire the pristine nature of the Dolomites. This snowshoe hike starts in Welschnofen | Nova Levante and begins with a somewhat steeper ascent. However, the effort is quickly rewarded with beautiful views as soon as you reach the Stadlalm hut. From here, there is a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar, as well as the snow-covered alpine pastures.
From the Stadlalm hut, the path continues through the fairytale-like Latemar forest. On a well-maintained trail, it eventually leads to the Lake Carezza (Karer See | Lago di Carezza), one of the most famous natural gems of the Dolomites, whose winter scenery provides a perfect conclusion to the tour.

Ideal for those seeking both a physical challenge and the beauty of the Dolomites. Snowshoeing experience and good fitness are required.
Long and therefore quite difficult snow shoe tour. Until Cappella del Bosco/Waldkapelle chapel (2,5 h). Until Baita del Cacciatore/Jägerhütte hut (4 h). Descent to Sesto/Sexten (2 h) and return by bus to San Candido/Innichen.
A light but impressive snowshoe hike at Geiselsberger Hinterberg. Start of the hike is at the valley station Gassl with the possibility for free parking. From here it goes still without snowshoes to Bad Bergfall to the first bridge. From the access road leading to the "Erschbaum-Hof" you will pass a small wooden bridge, along an old fence, uphill over the meadows to the "Bigraber-Hof". There we cross the road leading to "Bad Berfall". Continue past the "Kirchsteig" above the "Oberlechner-Hof" (Hotel Lenz) to the deer park. As soon as we see the "Unterrainerhof", turn right up to a small larch forest below the valley station Marchner; Along the fence (mark) turn left to the "Gruns farm" and from there continue over the free meadows or the access road to the "Trattes" farmhouse, where you have the possibility to stop. From there, through a romantic but safe canyon down to the "sulfur bath" and then to Bad Bergfall. From here, without snowshoes, along the Furkel brook back to the starting point. Depending on the condition of the snow, some icy spots may be present.
An easy, enjoyable snowshoe hike through the snowy woods around San Candido/Innichen.
Sometimes you will go along a trail that may not have been cleared, so snowshoes are an advantage. Among other sights en route, you will also pass the historic Wildbad, which decades ago was a spa town for the nobility. There are also two mountain huts to choose from if refreshments are in order: the Jorahütte or the Riese Haunold Hütte, which is also the end point for this trip.
Signposted as „Sonnenrundweg“ trail (Sun Path), this simple 1 hr. 45 min. hiking circuit crossing over sunny slopes and through shady woods leads off the parking lot near the church. In winter the wooded sections are ideal for snowshoe hiking.

Easy snow shoe tour, starting from Ristorante da Kathi/Gasthof Jaufen, across snow covered forests until the Cappella San Silvestro/Silvester Chapel (not visitable in winter).
Hike on old haymaking paths to the Lüsen Alps.
Before motorization an road construction, the hay harvest from the alpine pastures in winter was brought to the valley with sledges. The hike leads from the Lüsnerhof tot he left of the stream on the farm track uphill. At the edge of the forest the road through the forest goes left to the farmhouse of the Gargitthof. Below the farmhouse there is a nice resting place witha wonderful panoramic view. The way back goes from the rest area over the path tot he forest road and back to Lüsen Rungg.

Snowshoeing Hike from Lüsen Berg, starting from the parking Tulper on the forest aisle of the old ski lift, Rodenecker and Lüsner Almweg, Pianer Kreuz, Alpine Hut Roner Alm and Oberhauser, back to the parking
From the vally station cablecar Corno del Renon, the parking area in “Pemmern” (1.541 m) we take the cable car to the Schwarzseespitze (2.070 m). There we follow the indication “Panoramaweg” beginning on the right. The famous “Round Table” an the "Dolomitoskop" are created by the artist “Franz Messner”. You will enjoy the fantastic panorama to the Dolomites (UNESCO–world natural heritage).

Resciesa is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Puez - Odle Nature Park and is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Val Gardena. This loop hike takes you from the top station of the Resciesa funicular to the summit cross. Passing then by the S. Croce Chapel you return to the starting point. Suitable for hikers of all ages, this easily hiked route guarantees spectacular panoramic views, extending from the Valle Isarco to the Sciliar area and to the Passo Sella.
