Julian from the Wurzer Alm in Hafling has the right spin and is happy to share his knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Wurzer Alm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,707 metres above sea level. The prepared dishes are then tasted.

From here we climb to the Waldneregg prehistoric cult site. We follow the path near the mythical "Menhir" to Lake Wolfsgruben. Along the Eschenbach stream, which drained the lake, the "Seemüller" had rights to use the irrigation water and the water power for their mills, sawmills and a forge. We look at the old buildings (from the outside) and descend to the beautifully situated Unterinn. On a tour of the village, we visit the parish church - the original parish of Ritten - which is well worth seeing, before taking the bus to Klobenstein, where our hike ends. Registration required!

In this repair workshop, everything revolves around bike maintenance and adjustments to suit personal needs. We begin with a general safety check of the bike to ensure that all important components are in excellent condition. This includes checking the brakes, lights, chain, and gears. Next, we focus on adjusting the seat height to ensure an ergonomic riding position and improve comfort. Participants will also learn how to correctly adjust the suspension fork and shock absorbers to provide optimal shock absorption depending on the terrain. Another important part of the workshop is learning how to handle a flat tire in the field: We will demonstrate simple and effective methods for quickly and safely repairing a punctured tire. Finally, we will practice changing a tire together, so that everyone knows how to continue riding independently in case of an emergency. When we talk about democracy today, we usually mean representative democracy. This has not always been the case, as a look at the history of ideas shows. The relationship between democracy and representation has always been controversial: Some see representative democracy as the only pragmatic alternative to ancient direct democracy, which is no longer feasible in modern times due to the size of territorial states. For others, representative democracy is an oxymoron and should be replaced by a ‘real’ democracy as soon as possible. In the current debate on representation, both interpretations are challenged by the so-called constructivist turn. According to the thesis of the lecture, this enables a decisive shift in perspective, namely from representative democracy to democratic representation.

In a letter dating February 1911, he reveals to Carl Gustav Jung «Next summer. I need a place where I can be alone with a forest nearby». So, before Easter, on Friday, the 14th of April, he leaves Vienna in the company of his friend and pupil Sandor Ferenczi and makes a quick tour lasting just six days to find a suitable place around Trento and Bolzano. He returns to Vienna the following Thursday and his research produces excellent results in the form of Ritten/Renon near Bolzano. Consequently, on the 9th of July, Freud sets off from Karlsbad, where he was staying to recover from a bout of 'American colitis', and joins his family at Klobenstein. This is where the Freuds celebrate their silver wedding anniversary, on 14th September - the enjoyment of their holiday thus being enhanced by love and affection. During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe).
