In this workshop, we will guide you step-by-step on how to safely and efficiently change a bike tire. Additionally, we’ll explain how to identify worn brake pads, replace them correctly, and adjust the braking system for optimal performance. Another key focus is on properly setting up the gears to ensure smooth and precise shifting. Throughout the workshop, we’ll be available to answer all your questions.

In this course, we show you how to prepare light, fresh and everyday-friendly dishes in no time – without stress but full of flavour. With quick techniques, balanced ingredient combinations and practical tips, you’ll create an after-work kitchen that does you good.

Together, we prepare among other dishes:
• Colourful vegetable stir-fry with sesame & lime
• Tender pan-fried fish fillet with herb oil
• Quick chicken breast with lemon–thyme jus
• Couscous bowl with roasted vegetables
