Our farmer will guide you through their fields, explains you about the healthy ingredients, the production area and about all sorts and brands of the South Tyrolean apple. Gain insight into the secrets of the apple farmers - from the latest technology of today and the gnarled giants of the past. Afterwards, you can taste for yourself.

She will not only provide tips on arranging and the right tying techniques but also share valuable advice on the care of cut flowers. The autumn gardens offer a wide variety of materials for this workshop – from dried flowers to fresh blooms, all of which can be harmoniously arranged in beautiful color combinations. You will create your own bouquet and you are welcome to take it home. Tip: Bring your favorite vase from home and match the bouquet perfectly to it.

This winter, we are excited to once again offer an exclusive ice skating course in collaboration with the talented figure skater Sara Furlan. With her many years of experience and passion for the sport, Sara will inspire you with the fun and beauty of ice skating. The courses are divided by age groups: Children aged 3–5: 16:00–17:00 Children aged 6 and older: 17:00–18:00 Sara recommends attending all the sessions to get the most out of the training. However, if you can only attend a single session, that is also possible. Christmas Celebration on December 20th: As a special highlight, Sara invites you to a small Christmas celebration on December 20th at 5PM. The children will have the opportunity to show their parents what they’ve learned. Afterwards, we will enjoy a festive drink together at the snack stand.

Professional introduction with the expert Martin Psenner with many tips and tricks to learn the correct driving and braking technique from 11 a.m.-12.30 p.m. & 1-3 p.m., Duration: 20 minutes – free of charge and no registration required. Sleds are available free of charge at the toboggan practice park. For rides on the toboggan run, please bring your own sled (sled rental available at the ski center).
