We propose cooking lessons based on simple ingredients. You can learn about our traditional Ladin cooking linked to local traditions. In a few hours, you can learn to cook and finally enjoy some Ladin specialities. The cook speaks Italian and German. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

Together with the herb fairy Tamara you will get to know different herbs and their effects and enchant them with various recipes for products: creams, ointments, tinctures, juice, salt,.... Discover the natural material clay with Katja Battisti. In the Peterbühl area of Völs—an archaeological site where finds from various eras, including the late Bronze Age and early Middle Ages, have been uncovered—you will explore different techniques and experiment with natural pigments from the local area to decorate your clay creations.
