Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a farmer with passion. On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After a short tour of the farm we cook together various types of dumplings with the farm products. Finally, we taste together the dumplings. All participants will receive the recipes of the South Tyrolean specialities to take home. The fauna of the Dolomites includes many types of known and easily sighted animals, such as squirrels and deers, but includes as many, difficult to see and hear, especially in the world of birds of prey. After an introduction in the Nature Park House Visitor Center (approx. 50 min., only in Italian!), we will drive to the Owls Park, where Mario will show and tell us the peculiarities of his feathered friends.

The theater and body theater technique offer an ideal path to experience and realize how emotions can determine our actions, and are at the same time a useful training to become more attentive to the feelings we experience. Knowing ourselves through our perception of emotions and feelings helps us to act under their impulse in a constructive way allowing us to be in tune with others and increase our mental and physical well-being.
