Every Thursday, you are warmly invited to join us for an enjoyable guided tour of the winery and cellar. For a limited number of visitors, we open up the old, historic cellar located seven meters underground, providing you with unique insights into our daily work at the winery and much more... The tour is followed by a tasting session, featuring five wines from our portfolio. Reservations by Wednesday 5 p.m. Price per person: Euro 20.

Take a guided tour through biodynamic vineyards, discover our barrel cellar, and taste 6 exceptional wines at our SKYWINE Pavilion. Our trained team will introduce you to our philosophy and explain the specifics of our winemaking.  The tour takes place multilingual if necessary. Dogs are welcome.

What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of Messnerhof wines. Duration: about 1.5 hours. Minimum number of participants: 6.

Your tour ends with a tasting of selected wines – from fresh, aromatic whites with delicate minerality to full-bodied, characterful reds from our finest vineyards. Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. Guided tour of the Terlan's wine path. You will hear (only in German language) about the history of winegrowing, the vineyard plots, the varieties, the vine-training systems, and the estates and mansions you will encounter on the path. Space: 2 hours. Participation is free of charge. Registration required at the Terlan Tourist Office.

During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself. Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept. At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products. When the days grow shorter and the plants retreat, it begins – the root-digger season. We turn our gaze downward and encounter ancient medicinal plants whose effects were already known to the legendary “Wurzelsepp”: valerian root calms body and mind, horseradish adds spice and helps with colds, comfrey supports bones and joints. But enjoyment isn’t neglected either: wood avens, evening primrose, and Jerusalem artichoke surprise with their delicate flavor and versatility in the kitchen. Together with Melanie from “sunnkraut,” we bring these underground treasures to light and explore the origins of the plants.

Hike through the vineyards of Riffian/Rifiano with local winegrower Michl and dive into the fascinating world of South Tyrolean wine. Along the way, Michl will share insights into the history and cultivation of the vines, different grape varieties, and how the wines are marketed. The highlight of the experience is a wine tasting right at the farm: savor exquisite wines from Michl's own production, paired with delicious regional specialties. On this 60-minute alpaca walk through meadows and forests, you will get as close to these wonderful animals as never before. Take your time to capture beautiful pictures of yourself and the alpacas, and fall in love with their charm. Enjoy the peace and let yourself be enchanted by our alpacas. During the walk, you will learn everything there is to know about alpacas. After the tour, the animals will return to their stable. Finally, you will head back to the hotel, where you can explore our Alpaca Shop. From March to the end of October, the biological Gruberhof winery in Marling invites you to guided tours of the wine cellar every Friday at 4:00 PM. Discover the fascinating world of viticulture and learn interesting details about winemaking and the history of Gruberhof during a tour of the historic and new cellar rooms. Since 1995, the estate has been managed organically. With deep dedication for nature and Bioland-certified guidelines, the Gamper family cultivates their vineyards. From the Ladin Museum we set off together to discover SMACH Val dl'Ert (Art Valley), an open-air sculpture park which in 2023 has one of the special mentions in the National Landscape Award sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Culture. Along the path you will see more than 25 works of art set in an alpine forest, among the fir trees and pastures of a stretch of unspoilt nature. This is a permanent exhibition of sculptures acquired as a result of the SMACH art competition, the Dolomites Biennale. After the guided tour in the Val dl’Ert you can independently visit the Ladin Museum where you can immerse yourself in the history, culture and traditions of the Ladin people. Exploring Bolzano: a cultural journey with Speck tasting.
