DELICIOUS FOOD - Mor sense for culinary pleasure, that is our philosophy. Refined dishes seasoned with subtletly and arranged artistically. Only a dozen dishes on the menu, but a new selection every few weeks. Best quality ingredients, preferably regional or from the region the dish originates. The fine cuisine is complemented by the best pizza: Neapolitan pizza with a high crispy edge.

Chef and owner, Christian Rainer, is a passionate chef who knows how to cultivate traditional cuisine with love for fresh produce and seasonal dishes.
You will find us directly in the museum of the mining world Ridnaun Schneeberg in Maiern.
The cozy Knappenstube was built in 1993, paneled with old wood and grown on the robust original wall of the mine.
Our restaurant has about 90 seats in the interior and about 90 seats on the panoramic terrace.

The Pleasure Hotel Rainer in South Tyrol offers its guests seasonal and regional products. Chef Hannes focuses on the quality of nature products and purchases many of these products from local farmers. The dishes are refined with herbs from his own herbal garden and from the surrounding alpine pastures and forests in the Jaufental Valley.

Holidays necessarily include indulging yourselves and getting to know the culinary specialties of a region. Therefore, every day at the Tenne Lodges starts just as good as it ends: at a finely set table, in a wonderful atmosphere and with all kinds of delicacies bringing a smile to the lips of any connoisseur. At the Tenne Lodges, you enjoy complete culinary freedom, as you can choose among half board, à-la-carte dinner and self-catering in your lodge. As part of the half board, a dreamlike breakfast buffet welcomes you in the morning until 10.30 am, with homemade delights, sweet and savoury specialties, allowing you to start your day just as you prefer. In the evening, an exquisite menu, which is served at the restaurant, is the perfect finish.

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

Our restaurant is located in the historic center of Vipiteno. In addition to our cozy bar we also have 2 Stube, a wine cellar and a splendid sun terrace. We would be delighted to spoil you with modern dishes and delicious pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Timeless elegance, local furnishings, cosiness in front of our fireplace and good music make yourself at home. Select from a wide range of wines from our list. Every day we select about 30 different wines to be tasted and savoured by the glass. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.
