During a guided tour of our winery in St. Martin, many exciting and interesting things await you. We will tell you passionately about the harvest, winemaking and wine and let you share in our art of winemaking. During a tour of our vineyards, you can taste our wines and finally visit our barrique storage. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience. This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

Bread baking at the Museum: From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. there will be a demonstration of how bread was baked according to a traditional Passeiertal Valley recipes. Visitors can watch our expert Museum bakers at work as they answer your questions and happily trade tips with those in the know. Participation with tasting and mini-guided tour is included in the admission price. Please note: the guided tour is only available in German and Italian.

Discover the WineCulturePath of Marlengo. From the village centre, it leads along quiet village streets via the numerous wine farms. Along the way you can find information panels about the history and culture of wine as well as giant-size items used in winegrowing. After the walk follows a wine-tasting. The guided excursions about the cestnut to Glaning/Afing will start every Thursday at 10 a.m. at the tourist office of San Genesio. During this excursion, you will learn many secrets about the cultivation of these precious autumn fruits admiring the colorful chestnut trees. There will be breaks with local product tastings at the "Törggelen" restaurants of San Genesio. Elisabeth from the Moschwald Alm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. In the summer months, short hikes through the vineyards surrounding VIGNA Castel Ringberg are offered. Find out all about vineyard care dedicated to sustainability. Guided farm hike in Laion and its surroundings. The bus takes us from Laion to Pontives. From here we hike with our hiking guide Helmuth along the posttrail to the Oberspisser mountain farm, where we can immerse ourselves in rural life. In the meantime, the table is set for lunch (not included). We reach our third stop, the Fallerhof, via the posttrail. A tasting awaits us here and together we immerse ourselves in the world of the farm. The day ends with a hike back to Laion. Waldgries was first mentioned in a document in 1242. Today Christian Plattner leads the wine estate with enthusiasm and success in the 3rd generation and gives his wines a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Unique is the wine path "Zeit in Waldgries", where the visitor learns a lot of interesting facts about the winery and the daily work. At the end of the artistically designed path, the visitor is rewarded with a magnificent view of the city of Bolzano and the surrounding castles.
