You will not only see the farmers at work, but also help take the animals out of the stable and cut the grass with a scythe while listening to the old stories of the farm. Finally, on this historic mountain farm in Badia, you can have lunch the old-fashioned way with historical Ladin recipes prepared on the spot. Delicious! Lungiarù is a small village nestled in the Dolomites, a hidden gem where ancient traditions are perpetuated from generation to generation, keeping a thousand-year-old culture alive. The symbol of this rich history is the Valle dei Mulini, a path that follows the course of a stream, whose power is harnessed by ancient mills. A market is held at the nearby Lüch de Vanc farm and an old mill in the valley is back in operation, just as it was over a hundred years ago. The mill day is fun for everyone, with horse riding, children's activities and walks, offering a fantastic Thursday for the whole family. You can also discover how a watermill works and watch bread being made according to the traditional Ladin method.

Elisabeth from the Moschwaldalm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Moschwald Alm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,750m above sea level. The prepared dishes are then tasted.

Waldgries was first mentioned in a document in 1242. Today Christian Plattner leads the wine estate with enthusiasm and success in the 3rd generation and gives his wines a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Unique is the wine path "Zeit in Waldgries", where the visitor learns a lot of interesting facts about the winery and the daily work. At the end of the artistically designed path, the visitor is rewarded with a magnificent view of the city of Bolzano and the surrounding castles.

Experience an exciting tour of the vineyards with the winemaker of the Falkenstein Winery. Learn interesting facts about climate, soil, grape varieties, their care and history. Together with the winemaker you will visit the wine cellar and taste the exquisite wines afterwards. Dogs are not allowed.

In summer, eisacktalWein organises the traditional wine tasting "Treffpunkt Wein" under the large arcades in Brixen in collaboration with the Brixen Tourismus Genossenschaft. Several Eisack Valley winegrowers will set up their tables in the arcades and present their wines to a wide audience. There will also be cheese variations from DeGust Affineur and specialities from Naturbackstube Profanter. This special wine evening will also be accompanied by music.

The Lammweg in Girlan entices visitors with sparkling wine, wine and distillates. Sektmanufaktur Winkler, Kellerei K. Martini & Sohn and Hofbrennerei St. Urban serve a selection of their labels while the sun slowly sets. The relaxed atmosphere is rounded off with small delicacies and cool beats. At the ama - wine fair, over 40 wineries and wine producers from South, North and Welsh Tyrol exhibit their wines for tasting. The entire evening is accompanied by appropriate music and various dishes. Guided tours of the restaurant and the Amalia Pernter 1896 tailor's shop are offered during the evening.

The Oberholz Mountain Hut, located at 2,096 m above sea level, reopens its doors in the evening and invites guests to an “Apéricena” featuring specially crafted drinks and local delicacies.
