Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

The 17th edition of the legendary Wine Cellar Night will take place in the central part of the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Wineries, wine estates and distilleries along the South Tyrolean Wine Road in the wine villages of Appiano and Caldaro al Lago will open the doors to their treasure. The imposing cellar vaults will be the setting for a wine experiences from 5 pm to midnight. Winegrowers talk with their guests; culinary highlights and music make the evening a very special experience. The Wine Cellar Night celebrate the art of South Tyrolean wine, winegrowers and cellar masters and their excellent wines. The specially organised shuttle service, which takes guests from winery to winery, ensured unadulterated wine enjoyment and a cosy summer evening.

On a visit to a farm garden with an experienced herbalist, you'll pick various medicinal herbs, learn about their curative properties and then process them into ointments and other natural remedies.

On Saturday, 14th June 2025 from 6.00 pm on the festival square in Teis. Burgers, bruschetta and summery drinks will be on offer.

As every year, the St. Veit market is held in June. This is one of the fairs in the Upper Venosta Valley. To be more precise, it is held on the Tarces hill and in the village of Tarces. In addition to the hustle and bustle of the market, the focus here is also on socialising. With good food and drink, great music and a children's programme, there is something for everyone! There are, of course, handicraft products as well as colourful, tasty and healthy products on offer. In addition to the grocer's market, the farmers' market offers lots of regional and farm produce from the surrounding area. Feel free to drop by!

Spend a relaxing day after the HERO discovering the Dolomites and its culinary traditions while riding an electric bike in total HERO style. We’ve designed a route with several breaks, including some of the most stunning huts on the Seiser Alm plateau which you can access, naturally, by e-MTB. At the huts, prepare yourselves for a delicious aperitivo with your family or friends, or a wonderful lunch and a dessert. The HERO E-Gourmet ride departs and finishes in Selva Val Gardena. 200 spots are available. Start of the tour between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. You can choose between two routes (25 km/750 hm or 35 km/960 hm).

What not to miss in San Vigilio: walk from Pederü to the Fanes malga and back, discovering a river that suddenly appears from a crater-shaped basin, several lakes, the marmot parliament (a mythical place) and the life of the Pices Fanes malga. Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. Introduction to the vast world of wild herbs that grow almost everywhere. As we walk, we will discover which are edible, how they can be used and which are to be avoided. Picnicking beneath the palms and the starry skies. On three balmy summer evenings, guests can enjoy a picnic basket of tasty treats by the water lily pond. With upbeat live music and breathtaking surroundings to accompany you, unforgettable picnicking fun in the greenery is a guarantee! Every week, various South Tyrolean manufacturers take turns to present their products such as cheese, grappa, chocolate, jam and much more. On these days, you have the opportunity to get to know and taste these local products in the Steiner butcher's shop. Time: 3 p.m. till 6 p.m.

We cordially invite you on Saturday at 10:00 am at the village square, enjoy a "Weißwurst" with sweet mustard and pretzels at the morning get-together with music in the middle of the historic village facades.

A wonderful evening entirely dedicated to Caldaro’s white wines. Fresh, fruity, with nuances going from greenish to bright yellow and hints of apple, banana or pineapple. South Tyrolean white wines are amongst Italy’s best wines. A unique occasion to taste the very best of South Tyrolean’s wine road. Through a “blind tasting” a jury of experts and wine connoisseurs carefully chooses the wines which will be presented during this event. Sight, smell and taste – these are the three senses that will be the leading characters of this wonderful summer evening.

During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe).
