On the occasion of the opening event, each hut will present its special dish during a cooking show, where the chefs will demonstrate how to prepare the delicious Ladin specialities. Traditional live music will accompany the day and immerse you in a world full of tradition and passion. Tickets are available online and also on the day of the event at participating huts: - Ütia Bioch - Pralongiá hut - Piz Arlara - I Tablá Alta Badia, the Dolomite region for epicurean holidays, supports, among other things, the responsible use of alcohol under the motto: taste, enjoy, but don't overdo it. Too much alcohol on the slopes slows down reflexes and can cause accidents even on the ski slopes. Please remember, when skiing, the consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderate quantities, fines will be imposed if the alcohol level exceeds 0.5 per mille. ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! We hike with the farmer Matthias along the wine and apple trail "bacchus & pomina" on the Mitterplattweg path to the "Wine Museum Pföstl," where we taste a wine. Then we head uphill to Kampfl Kreuz. At this beautiful viewpoint, we take a short break. The conclusion of this educational tour is a grappa tasting in the historic cellar at Torgglerhof.

An insider tip of the first order is the Blütenhöfefest on Sunday, 13 April 2025, in which 15 traditional farms in Lana, Völlan, St. Pankraz and Tscherms take part. Visitors will get to know historic farms and artistic residences in an enjoyable way and savour typical farm products on site. Visitors who are fit enough to walk follow well-signposted hiking trails and hike from farm to farm, while those who are more leisurely can take the free shuttle buses to the farms from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please note: Not all courtyards are suitable for coaches (50-seater). Due to limited parking facilities, certain farms can only be reached by a small shuttle or on foot. An exclusive spring treat awaits pleasure-lovers on 27 April, when Goyen Castle, unusually, opens the gates to its medieval courtyard. Accompanied by lively music, nibbles and sparkling beverages, on this special morning mouths will water and no heart will be left untouched.

From 1st May to 5th May, the event Algund Gardenflair will once again take place on church square in Algund. At the Algund Gardenflair a variety of Mediterranean plants and trees such as palm trees, cacti, olive trees, various fruit and berry trees and herbs, as well as various works of art and all kinds of decoration for the garden will be offered. Exhibitors with different herbal products, such as teas, salts and spice blends, as well as specialties from the garden complete the program.

As part of the "Schenna in blossom" series of events, the "Aperitivo lungo at Schenna Castle" will take place for the first time on 18 May. Visitors can enjoy castle charm and DJ beats with sparkling wine and delicious appetisers from the region from 5 to 9 pm. The entry is free.

Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. Afterwards, the wineries of Terlano and Settequerce/Siebeneich serve their precious wines and some culinary delights – be it sunny or rainy.
