A simple and quick recipe for a delicious kick of freshness in between.
- Preparation time: 00:15 h.
- Persons: 4
- 400 g Vinschgau apricots, very ripe
- 4 tbsps sugar
- 400 ml natural yoghurt
- 200 ml milk
- 4 mint leaf tips to garnish
- 20 ml whipped cream
Bring the apricots, cleaned and sliced, to the boil with the sugar. Boil briefly and then leave to cool. Then mix with the natural yoghurt and milk. Decorate with a dab of cream and garnish with mint.
