We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.
Enjoy an a la carte menu of our traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the comfortable and elegant rooms. In addition we will be happy to recommend a wine from our well-stocked cellar with wines from the region. The shady garden invites you to take a coffee break or take a cold beer or a glass of wine. In our guest rooms we serve all year round (except on Wednesdays) typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as Italian and international dishes.
Whether with a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine, at our bar and café, which is open from 7:30 to 20:00, you will feel comfortable. If you are a bit hungry, we have also a variety of snacks (mainly vegetarian). After the renovation in 2023, our old bar will shine in new splendor and bring the atmosphere of a metropolis to our small town in the reserved, elegant style of bygone days.

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues.
One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.
In the centre of the diocesan city of Brixen, under the arches, stands the townhouse of the Hotel Fink, due to be refurbished in the coming months. Uncovering the historic structure and respectfully renovating the old oriels and frescoes will create space in order to revive the building’s original character. The nine suites, restaurant and spa, all lovingly furnished in a clear and purist style, underline the townhouse’s cloistered atmosphere.
