The Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs has created a brand that guarantees the cultivation of South Tyrol’s inn culture. Each of the establishments must pass a strict quality check, conducted by an independent jury, scrutinising its ability to uphold the promise of the brand. From a menu that emphasises typical South Tyrolean dishes, the use of high-quality local, seasonal products up to a wine list that highlights South Tyrolean wines. Thes restaurants and inns have to have a pleasant design created by the use of local materials.
