The „Vogelmeierhof“, as the Patauner restaurant is called in the vernacular, was built at the centre of Settequerce in 1664 and is today part of a group of preserved and protected buildings. The Patauner family have preserved the character of the house for about 100 years. Fresh, local products such as asparagus from Terlano in spring and local game in autumn set the tone in the good plain Tyrolean cuisine that is creatively refined. You will also find innards and old vegetable varieties such as swede on the menu.
The restaurant is member of the group "Südtiroler Gasthaus".
