The Patauner family have preserved the character of the house for about 100 years. Fresh, local products such as asparagus from Terlano in spring and local game in autumn set the tone in the good plain Tyrolean cuisine that is creatively refined. You will also find innards and old vegetable varieties such as swede on the menu. The restaurant is member of the group "Südtiroler Gasthaus".
